How long does it take to see results?

I am ready to start now. Is Discovery really necessary?
We don't build strategy on a "hunch" we prefer to have all the data upfront so we don't have any surprises down the line. It protects everyone's time.
Can I get a better deal for committing long-term?
Yes. We appreciate loyalty as should you. Commit to a quarterly or yearly contract for a discount and no $1,224 onboarding fee. If you change your mind and want out earlier? No problem, but you’ll have to pay that $1,224 back on your way out.
Do I have to learn new tools to work with you?
Only if you want to. We work with whatever you're already using. We are here to give you your time back, not give you more homework.
What happens if we realize halfway through that everything needs to change?
For operational work we pivot with the data—no extra charge. For branding, each project comes with 3 iterations. If you feel like you need more, we charge for extra iteration. We outline all costs in the project brief and pre-approve extra work before doing it, so there are no "surprise" invoices.
Why do you care so much about my "happiness"? Is this a marketing ploy?
